We had to request two (2) replacements from the company to ensure that at least one arrived without damage to where the mirror attaches. I gave this product a 5-star rating because the company was amazing; they issued a replacement immediately and were wonderful to work with. The one we received works wonderfully! I believe the design needs better packaging for protection, as the current packaging may cause the mirror to break during shipment.
