Warehouse Dispatch Information 🚚
- All orders placed before 2pm EST / 11:00 am PST/PDT will be dispatched the same day (Monday-Friday)
During sales periods, we face a high volume of orders and advise that you anticipate slight delays with the dispatching of orders. We always recommend purchasing your products in advance, with plenty of time before you run out.

Good to Know 🤓
- Orders placed via our USA and CA websites are dispatched from our USA based warehouse.
- If the recipient refuses the delivery, the refund for the order will be processed after the parcel will return to the sender. Delivery fees are not refundable in this case.

- There is a mandatory $18 additional shipping surcharge for bulkier items such as Glamcor Lighting/Accessories and Memory Foam Pillows. If you purchase a combination of these items there may be a further surcharge – this will be calculated at the checkout.
- We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or Armed Forces Post Office addresses.
