Presented by our Training & Academy Coordinator Susanna Kettle-Williams, this 30-minute online masterclass is designed specifically for beginner lash artists, or anyone wanting to go back to the foundations of great lash retention. With short, bite-sized lessons, you’ll gain a clear understanding of what really impacts retention  and how to improve it from the very first client interaction.
